The Builder Track Quarterly Reports are available 15 days after the end of each quarter. They are sent as a PDF via email to view or print. Reports covering the first, second, and third quarters cost $90. Fourth quarter reports are larger and include more in depth summary data for the year and cost $150. Builder Track has been collecting building permit data for over 20 years; if the year you are looking for is not listed, please email buildertrack@msn.com to see what we can work out!
